I was asked to do a regular client's makeup RIVA TAYLOR for the 2015 Gaming BAFTA AWARDS as she was the headline act and also presenting an award ( with no other than - Peter Arnold ) . In case you not familiar with David - he has written soundtracks for many bond films .

Riva Taylor has been singing since she was a little girl and as a young star - Obviously had a very childlike image . It was time to sex her up Abit !

The chosen dress was red - it's ok to wear red on the red carpet now ! so it was either a red lip or a soft smokey eye .I decided on a smokey eye as didn't want to overkill the red.

The makeup had to last through a hot live performance , red carpet , presenting an award and general partying . The evening started at 6 and finished very late .

l used Armani luminous silk foundation on Riva as its oil free , therefore it lasts well and photographs beautifully . ( no spf in this foundation hence photographing so well ) .

I created a soft smokey eye, nothing too harsh and just a nudy pink glossy lip. Her nails were painted black and hair was by the fabulous Natalie Torres . - yes that's all Riva 's own hair !!
